Spirit Tao Level One Seminar includes... (two day seminar)
Yin-Yang Hands - This is the basis for all the Shang Ch'ing Taoist Mystic exercises. It is the microcosm of the creation of the Universe. If you can master this short, simple set, you will never need to learn anything else.
Five Element Standing Postures - These postures were used by the Shang Ch'ing wizards to infuse their bodies with the Five Elemental forces of the Created Universe; Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water. These exercises have only been recently revealed to the public. We have also added sacred Sound Mantras to increase the power of these sacred postures. These exercises also help to simulate and balance the Five major internal organs; Liver, Heart, Spleen, Lungs and Kidneys.

Five Element Moving Forms
These are the introductory forms to the Shang Ch'ing Spirit Fighting Internal Arts. These forms can be performed as a fast moving martial art or as a slow moving Tai Chi style exercise for health and enlightenment. These forms teach one how to use the 8 dimensions of the Universe to gather and transmit the energies of WOOD, METAL, FIRE, WATER and EARTH
Advanced Yin-Yang Hands
This form traces the creation of the entire Universe and is the basis of all Shang Ch'ing mystical arts...
Level 2 Meditations and Mudras to absorb and channel celestial energy.
Seminar Details:
Seminars can be arranged for yourself, or a group. Level one group price for two days is $300 per person for the weekend with a minimum of 5 people. $300 per day ($600 total) for private sessions. Level Two price (for five days) is $1,000.00 per person with a minimum of 3 people. ($1,500 total for private sessions) You are responsible for your own transportation and lodging. You must pay 10% non-refundable deposit at least three weeks in advance to secure your workshop. There is a 10% early bird discount if you pay at least a month in advance in full.
